Adobe today released their latest drop of the next Air run-time. They seem to have corrected a lot of bugs and small issues. This second iteration of the Air run-time uses Flash player 10.1, giving developers access to the new multitouch apis. Go grab it at http://labs.adobe.com/technologies/air2/
